Rabbit heart danced in perpetual jerky fitfull loops

"Never stopping means always safe," she gasped,
bloodshot eyes scanning the horizon.

Rock heart watched with persisting calm and curious wonder

Rabbit's burning circuit.

Going, going

nowhere fast

With determined measure and a slow certainty 

Rock placed his hand as an obstacle to her circuit.

a stationary blur, 

Ahead unmoving... Shock.
